General Terms & Conditions:
1. All orders placed on our website will be Cash On Delivery
2. Standard Delivery time is 4 to 10 working days
3. There can be delays in delivery time due to unexpected circumstances or public holidays
4. If there is any issue with your order, kindly update us via email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
5. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances; the customer will be notified via email in such cases

Order Refused at Delivery Time:
If you place an order with our brand and the product is exactly as shown and free from any issue after checking, but the parcel is refused upon delivery without any valid reason, then the delivery charges will be paid by the customer.🤝
We offer an open parcel before payment facility so you can check the product properly before accepting it.

Damages:
1. In case of receiving a damaged item, a complain should be sent via Whats App number or email with pictures of the relevant damage within 24 Hours.
